My Very First Post

Hi. My name is Amy and I am a happily married mother of 4. Our story is pretty awesome. Me and my husband met 5 years ago as single parents to kids with absent father/mothers. I also have 2 other sons from my first marriage, and their father is very active in their life. My youngest son, Jadon, is the one whose father was absent. My husband has a daughter, Ashley, whose bio mother has been in and out of prison and is absent in her life. So thats 4 kids total. When we got engaged, my daughter asked me to be her mom. I happily accepted and have been mom ever since. Same with my son and husband. Jadon asked Alec to be his dad, and he has been the best father that ever was. Both kids have made tremendous strides in their lives just from having two loving parents. My older 2 sons, Hunter and Clay, live with their dad during the school year and with me on weekends and summers. They are very happy well adjusted kids. Ashley is 15, Hunter is 14, Clay is 13, and Jadon is 10. We have the best teenagers on the planet. Clay is Autistic. He wasnt diagnosed until age 11, and that was because I researched it and figured out what was wrong with my child. He is still wearing diapers because of the Celiac's disease that often comes with Autism. And he still is a wonderful well behaved child. Ashley is my right hand man. And my best friend. I could not live without her. She helps me so much and is the best girl in the world. Hunter is my sweet one. Always thoughtful, kind hearted. Jadon is my rambuxious one. He is very hyperactive but is also a very sweet sweet boy. They all get along really well, and get along most of the time. They have their moments of arguments occasionally though.
